Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Nela ("the Service"), a platform for real estate agents to list inventory, manage leads, and connect with other agents on buyer and seller opportunities. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Nela is intended for licensed or practicing real estate agents and brokerages in India. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile and keep it up to date.

2. Your account

You're responsible for all activity under your account, including listings, leads, opportunities, and messages you post. Sign in is handled by our identity provider; keep your login credentials confidential.

3. Listings, leads & opportunities

Content you post — property inventory, lead details, opportunity broadcasts, and messages — must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must relate to genuine real estate transactions. Nela is a discovery and communication tool; it is not a party to any transaction between agents, and does not verify listings, leads, or the outcome of any deal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or duplicate listings or opportunities.
• Use another agent's contact details or messages for purposes outside Nela.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose unrelated to real estate agent collaboration.

5. Data & privacy

Our use of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Nela you consent to that processing.

6. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger zone. This permanently removes your inventory, leads, opportunities, and notifications, and cannot be undone. Messages you sent may remain visible to the other participant in a conversation.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nela is not liable for the accuracy of listings or leads posted by agents, or for the outcome of any transaction arranged through the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nela after a change means you accept the updated terms.
